Sensitive Compartmented Information Courier - (Designated) - Sensitive Compartmented Information approved active duty military personnel, U.S. Government civilian employees, or contractor employees or consultants whose temporary responsibility is to transport Sensitive Compartmented Information material. The individual is designated in writing and must have Sensitive Compartmented Information access approvals at the level of material being transported.
