Assured Service or Connectivity - The ability of the DSN to optimize call completion rates for all C2 users in accordance with the guidelines in this Instruction, despite degradation due to network disruptions, natural disasters, or surges during crisis or war. Assured service capability ensures the connectivity from user-instrument-to-user-instrument across the DSN, including Government-controlled PBXs, EOs, the overseas DSN, and tactical networks that incorporate Multiple-Level Precedence and Preemption(MLPP) features.
